CMC Pharmacy Leadership Toolkit

The Century Mortar Club (CMC) provides financial resources and time and energy for projects that help to keep the College of Pharmacy and its students at the forefront of pharmacy education.

In early 2007 CMC and the College of Pharmacy began creation of a resource website outlining various leadership development programs available that may be of interest to practitioners at all points of their career.

Anticipated benefits of this resource include:

• Heightened awareness of leadership programs for Minnesota pharmacists, increasing their participation, and in turn increasing the level of leadership skills in the Minnesota pharmacy community.
• Identifying, analyzing and classifying available programs to assist in a “gap analysis” of leadership development programs for pharmacist

This work has been valuable to current efforts by the College to defining the scope and work of organized leadership initiatives.
